How does pricing work now?

RampOS is tiered SaaS (Essential, Professional, Enterprise). Seat pricing is simple and transparent, with sensible minimums by tier. Annual discounts available.

What does “only pay for Active Rampers” mean in practice?

• A billable seat is any rep assigned to a 30-60-90 journey on any day in the month.
• Seats auto-pause when the rep graduates Gate 90 or is removed from all journeys.
• Manager and admin access is included.
• Backfill allowed: replace a departed rep without adding a seat mid-term.

This keeps spend tied to real onboarding, not shelfware.

Do you prorate mid-month?

Yes, when a seat first becomes Active after the billing date. If a rep graduates mid-month, the seat pauses the following month.

Is there a guarantee?

SaaS-native risk reversal: no long contracts required, and with Active Ramper billing you’re not paying for idle seats. If you still don’t see impact, cancel before the next cycle.

Do you still offer pilots?

Yes. Pilots remain available for teams that want a contained 60–90 day run before annual. (We’ll keep pilot details on the Pricing page to avoid homepage confusion.)

What’s included out of the box?

Journeys, Friday Tests, Readiness scoring, Gates with rubrics, CRM loop, Manager Console, CFO Mode export. The system enforces standards and proves ROI.

How fast can we start?

Most teams launch their first cohort within two weeks once we connect CRM and load rep rosters.

Which CRMs are supported?

Salesforce and HubSpot first. Others can be scoped.

What team size is best?

Works from seed-stage teams up to multi-team orgs. Tiers map to size and complexity so you don’t overbuy.

What results do you measure?

Time-to-First-Opportunity (TTFO), Time-to-First-Close (TTFC), Gate outcomes with evidence, Manager Time ROI, and the CFO export.

What about security?

SSO/SAML + RBAC for pilots, audit logs, and a SOC 2 track on the roadmap. DPA available.

Is this software or consulting?

Service Excellence is key to what we do. We provide software that enforces your onboarding policy. We then give you enablement templates and all the office hours needed to make sure it sticks.

What does it take from my managers?

A weekly Gate review cadence and basic coaching hygiene. The console keeps them honest and saves time.
